We specialize in designing literacy and language learning experiences based on high impact instructional methods that enhance teacher capacity and drive significant improvements in student achievement. Integrating research on language acquisition and the science of reading, sessions range from improving Tier I grade level instruction with read aloud, shared, and close reading methods, and designing writing instruction using a multilingual approach. An inquiry cycle approach is applied with teachers and leaders to observe, analyze, critique, and improve grade level instruction. Inquiry cycles include grade level instructional planning with grade teams, language teams and language partnerships and include analysis of student work using language and literacy developmental lenses.

Skills Development

Educators must be supported with the integration of language acquisition and science of reading research, and deployment of evidence-based practices to ensure high academic outcomes for Multilingual Learners.
